SALES EXECUTIVE (KUALA TERENGGANU)

About the role

Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

Deliver sales targets, input pre‑planned promotion via yearly calendar, control over market return and promote new product items in the existing account.

Carry out a strong negotiation to expand share of shelves and secure more pragmatic displays for company products.

Work closely with the superior and marketing team to execute the yearly promotion calendar.

Plan bulletin promotion well in advance and utilize trade investment for all supermarkets.

Provide supervision for Exclusive Sales Rep (ESR) and merchandisers to achieve greater productivity.

Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

What we're looking for

Minimum SPM holder or higher education level.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.

Travelling is required.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Creative ability to identify alternative approaches and solutions.

Digital savviness and proficiency in MS Office applications.
