Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the sitpulated period. Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents by purchasers. Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis. Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programs. Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents. Execute sales & marketing activities including property rental in the company. Work closely with external consultants and agencies on advertising and promotions programs including exhibition and road show.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry.
- Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
