Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. On average, 100 million people throughout the Asia Pacific regions will be transported by equipment supplied and maintained by JSG on any given day.

Treasury Manager
Lead the services provision of the relevant Treasury activities of the in-scope operation countries as well as transformation and Continuous Improvement projects
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing the cash management & liquidity management (including virtual cash pool) across JSG
- Managing forex hedging & risks, trade finance facilities & limits; local bank relationships, inter-co loans and interest risks under the Treasury
- Managing banking relationship, bank KYC review, negotiation on bank documentation i.e. ISDA, Letter of Offer, compliance agreement etc.
- Analyse cash forecasting and assist in improving the net working capital of JSG
- Actively participate in designing and developing standard operating procedure and working instruction for each process in Treasury
- Manage the service provision of the workstream, in alignment with JSG policies and procedures as well as those of Schindler Group, Jardine Group and SHAPE
- Initiate, propose and implement process improvement
- Manage and coordinate timely with all Treasury stakeholders in the operating companies
- Identify, manage and escalate issues and risks arising from the workstream
- Prepare training materials, train the trainers in the relevant processes
- Ensure smooth collaboration between OC Finance, Group Finance, Global Treasury and BSC Treasury on daily operations and projects execution and compliance
- Prepare related reports, KPIs and efficiency benchmark on fixed intervals
- Guide, transfer OC knowledge and provide on-the-job trainings to the team members
- Lead treasury transformation and Continuous Improvement projects
- Involve in other ad hoc sub-projects
- Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions
- Promptly report all accidents, safety incidents and unsafe conditions at work to supervisor and watch out for other colleagues
- Attend safety and health training
- Participate in promotion of safety culture in the organization

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.Past experience in Treasury functions.Implementation & Integration experience will be added advantage.Good knowledge of Treasury operations and project management.Candidate past Schindler experience, preferably in Asia Pacific region.Knowledge and experience in cash management and liquidity management including the in-country regulations are added advantages.Proficiency communication and written in English is required.MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Power BI, Treasury tools, SAP experience is a MUST.
