Handle daily accounts payable operations including invoice checking, data entry, and payment processing.

Verify and reconcile supplier statements, purchase orders, and delivery notes.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.

Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents.

Prepare monthly AP aging reports and assist in month-end closing.

Communicate with suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues.

Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
