Job Summary

At Acerbic Synergy Sdn Bhd we're looking for Marketing. The role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support the company's growth objectives. This position involves managing social media content, optimizing paid campaigns, producing creative visuals, and analyzing marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Executive will also collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign integration, while supporting the business owner in strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Create video & photo for business content
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Create and optimize engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts. -Develop and maintain marketing campaigns.
• Assist the business owner in engagement related to marketing strategies. -Travel and participate in outside work events as needed.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
