Order Management and Fulfillment Specialist
The Order Management and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, including processing, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize order management processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing : Accurately input and process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company policies.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination : Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Customer Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations for audit and reporting purposes.
- Issue Resolution : Address and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline order management and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting : Generate regular reports on order metrics, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in order management, fulfillment coordination, or customer service.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other order management systems.Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.Preferred Skills
