Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily hotel cleanliness tasks in accordance with standards and procedures, including guest rooms, function halls, public areas, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other common spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and organization of housekeeping areas such as linen rooms, utility rooms, and offices.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintained to hotel cleanliness standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly to the supervisor.
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Requirements :

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
