Perform daily hotel cleanliness tasks in accordance with standards and procedures, including guest rooms, function halls, public areas, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other common spaces.
Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and organization of housekeeping areas such as linen rooms, utility rooms, and offices.
Ensure all assigned areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintained to hotel cleanliness standards.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly to the supervisor.
Provide courteous assistance to guests while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Requirements :
Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
