Penerangan pekerjaanPreferable candidate who possesses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Preferable minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Mechanical Service with specialization in Plumbing System Familiar with authority’s requirements and compliances, work scheduling / planning and good in report writing Possess own transport and ability to travel / outstation Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Required skills : MS Office, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and coordinating construction work at sites
- Responsible for work progress from beginning until handover of project
- Daily monitoring and coordinating construction work at site
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with the specification in good workmanship practice and without any delay in progress
- Controlling materials and ensuring all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order
- To control and manage sub-contractors or workers at site
- To ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site
- Prepare and submit proper records of site diary, site measurement, job sheets and project progress reports
- Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, subcontractors, machinery, and materials at site
- To prepare and maintain up-to-date records on all materials at site
- Any other duties that may be assigned by HOD from time to time
