In this role, you will be the bridge between our evolving product features and our users' experience . Your primary mission is to create and optimize in-product content, including user guides, tooltips, and interactive copy , that empowers users, enhances satisfaction, and drives product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Optimisation : Write, edit, and continuously improve in-product content such as user guides, FAQs, onboarding flows, UI labels, tooltips, and notification messages, etc.
- User Empowerment : Develop content strategies aimed at increasing the user self-service resolution rate , reducing reliance on customer support for common queries.
- User Experience Enhancement : Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers to understand user pain points and iterate on content to improve overall usersatisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Promotion : Utilize strategic content placement within the product to intelligently promote and cross-sell various features , enhancing product discovery and value.
- Data-Driven Iteration : Monitor content performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reduction in support tickets, user engagement with help articles) and use these insights to refine your approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Experience : 5+ years of experience in a content-focused role or customer service role is preferred.Communication : Excellent English communication skills . Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
