Litigation Lawyer

Must be well versed with the basic law & procedure.
Good in legal research, critical thinking & time management.
Able to draft course papers and able to give independent opinion.
Can manage, monitor progress of files and to meet right deadlines.
Determined, willing to work late and the weekends if required.
Able to handle multi-tasking.
High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn.
Able to comply with instruction and handle pressure well.
Advising on all relevant laws and address legal issues with clients.

Legal Assistant – Syariah

Mahir dalam undang-undang syariah & prosedur.

Mahir dalam merangka kertas kausa dan pendapat dalam undang-undang.

Mempunyai pengurusan masa yang bagus.

Boleh menerima arahan dan mengendalikan kes dengan baik.

Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang minimum.

Qualifications and Requirements

Litigation Lawyer

Must have at least 3 or 5 years and above working experience in General Litigation.

With PC (Year 2025)

Able to conduct trial cases independently.

Possess the following character :

Honestly, integrity, responsible, obedience to instructions, determined, Hardworking and focused

Passionate about practise & able to take initiative, general careful & meticulous to details, committed, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible to meet deadlines & to work independently as well as in team.

Good oral & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Legal Assistant – Syariah

Mempunyai Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie Kuala Lumpur atau Selangor.

Mempunyai pengalaman / Tidak berpengalaman.
