Job Responsibilities

E-commerce : Support in fast-growing e-commerce sales & operations and delivering professional customer service promptly.
Product & Inventory : Assist in optimizing and update product presentation, listing and visibility on all online channels (Website, Shopee, TikTok).
Backend Livestream : Contribute to develop company TikTok Live and presence.
Order Fulfillments : Support in order fulfillment and ensure they had collected by the courier on time.
Campaigns : Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and external parties.
Social Media Updates : Contributing creative content and maintaining active social media channels.
Reports : Analyze sale data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Assist with relevant e-commerce marketing work where necessary.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or 1-year working experience in equivalent fields.

A proactive learning attitude, adept multitasking, and good teamwork.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to meet the deadline for both planned and ad hoc tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
