• Perform comprehensive eye tests and vision assessments
• Prescribe and fit eyeglasses or contact lenses
• Advise on eye health, vision care, and eyewear selection
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up care
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Support the retail team in driving sales and enhancing customer experience
