Overview

We work closely with healthcare professionals across the nation and partner with leading global manufacturers. Our shared goal is to enhance surgical outcomes, improve patient experiences, and drive innovation in the field of surgery.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry
- Candidates with a background in sales of MIS surgical devices and consumables will have an added advantage
- Assist the Sales Manager in performing duties such as attending surgical cases and providing on-site support
- Support sales team with quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers via email and phone
- Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Support general office upkeep, including cleanliness and tidiness of shared spaces
