The Team
The Internal Audit Department performs assurance services for the Audit Committee and provides process‑improvement consulting engagements for management. The team is spread across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
The Role
Internal Auditor reports to the Manager of Internal Audit in Poland and will perform and support diverse types of audits and consulting engagements, including but not limited to J‑SOX activities, country audits, process and operational reviews.
Responsibilities
- Support audits and consulting engagements (process reviews, data analysis, J‑SOX activities, country audits, operational reviews, system implementation reviews)
- Prepare quality work papers and deliverables, support conclusions, and communicate findings to the audit lead in accordance with the audit methodology
- Exercise critical thinking to evaluate business impact, identify mitigating controls, and assess residual risks
- Complete allocated J‑SOX tasks on time, reporting obstacles promptly to the audit lead
- Manage multiple priorities and projects to ensure on‑time delivery, providing status updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Support audit projects such as partner audits, country audits, and compliance activities
- Assist with special assignments, analyzing data sets and interpreting analysis results
- Interact with the global IA team, business functions, External Audit teams, and Internal Controls & Finance departments
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of audit (internal or external) or accounting firm consulting / advisory experience; Big 4 background desirableBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a CPA equivalentStrong understanding of SOX or J‑SOX compliance, internal controls, documentation, and testing, with prior walk‑through experienceAbility to work independently, lead projects, manage time effectively, and navigate shared‑service center environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional imageAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong relationship‑building skills across cross‑functional teamsFlexibility to work with a global workforceNo passport or visa restrictions limiting travelAbout Us
