Job Description
Responsibilities and Authority :
- To perform daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc maintenance checking as per procedure and requirements for all equipment and facilities.
- Attending to all breakdown of equipment and facilities promptly
- To ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all the dialysis machines, Reverse Osmosis System and equipment required for Haemodialysis purpose.
- Record and updates all minor and major breakdown / maintenance of machines in relevant record document.
- Regularly upkeep equipment / facilities, included spare part functioning.
- To ensure all the Quality Records fulfill the ISO requirement.
- Contact machine supplier for services and maintenance, as and when required.
- To standby as ambulance driver.
- To perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
