Note - Program : Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program

Responsibilities :

• Assist and support the operation monitoring of LLS at 33 Hospital Support Services (HSS) and Hospital Cyberjaya (HCJ) to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
• Monitor and support the implementation of Asset System Information Services (ASIS) and data entry for Linen and Laundry Services (LLS).
• Coordinate and collaborate with regional hygiene teams in the implementation of LLS activities in line with the approved LLS program / plans.
• Organise staff competency training in LLS in accordance with company requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence Department for data analysis on relevant projects / tasks related to cost optimisation and optimum linen inventory.
• Analyse overtime for all LLS Supervisors / Porter at northern region hospitals.
