EITA Company acquired an 80% stake in Branco Accessibility Solution (M) Sdn Bhd on 2024. Branco is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking the talents to join our team.
As the Sales Engineer / Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. And also be involved in training and supporting the sales team, as well as managing sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Descriptions :
- Build and maintain relationships with the existing key customers, grow and expand the market by identifying potential customers and developing new customer accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in your field.
- Prepare tender, quotation; attend tender interview and initial site meeting.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Develop and direct effective sales channels by scheduling customer visits, organizing sales call and conducting sales visit.
- Monitor stock order, follow up collection and payment, and provide technical expertise feedback on customer needs and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our products and services remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Provide quality technical support and guidance throughout the sales process to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect market information ie : Project information, Competitor analysis, Customer background.
- Travel as and when needed to build good rapport with new & existing customers.

Posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Admin / Sales / Marketing / Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalentAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in SALES related fieldBut, FRESH GRADUATE is welcome to apply too : )Possess own vehicle (car), a willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hoursMust be proficient in computer application software.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Words.Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires you to deal with mandarin speaking customerWhy join us?
