Architecture Supervisor

Job Description

Monitoring and coordinating construction work at the site, especially on Architectural works.

Ensure all work done in accordance with the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.

Controlling of resources such materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.

Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure that all job pass quality control procedures and that all requirements are carried out.

Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.

To coordinate inter trade mainly architectural.

Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years related working experience within the Construction Industry.

Strong knowledge of architectural design software i.e Autocad

Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.

Able to resolve issues on drawing and on site.

Understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
