Site Quality Head

Assist the Management Representative (MR) in driving the plant towards QMS certification and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and ZFFCNs’ requirements.

Define, monitor, and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of education and knowledge within the Quality Department.

Coordinate continuous improvement and preventive actions through ZFFCN Production system activities and the Quality Roadmap.

Plan and manage departmental resources effectively.

Coordinate and manage the DPA, ISIR, and VDA process releases and documentation for new model introductions.

Oversee and coordinate complaint handling, including customer complaints, warranty issues, internal complaints, and supplier complaints.

Support the Document Control Centre (DCC) and Symbio system for Quality Management documentation.

Assist in supplier assessments and evaluations.

Manage and coordinate customer and process audits through to closure.

Establish procedures, work instructions (WIs), and documentation for the Quality Department.

Plan and coordinate process performance activities at the plant level, including SPC, MSA, and tool verification.

Support the change management process, including IPC and CM-Doc evaluations.

Act as the Plant Product Safety Representative.

Qualifications :

Degree / Diploma in engineering or Quality Management or Industrial Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in engineering or Quality Management or Industrial Management, or a related field within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Basic understanding on the IATF 16949 implementation and maintenance.

Hands-on experience or knowledge with Quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.

Soft Skills :

Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
