Key Responsibilities

Lead the solution design and development of reconciliation systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our fast‑paced fintech environment.

Continuously analyse and improve our payment reconciliation process, implementing best practices for financial accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with technology and financial teams to design and implement new features and enhancements in the reconciliation systems.

Utilise strong linguistic skills in English and Mandarin to manage communication and documentation for diverse teams and stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams for system integration and troubleshooting.

Train and support users on new system features and functionality.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.

Proven experience in product management, specifically with payment reconciliation systems in the fintech / BNPL industry.

Strong command of both English and Mandarin with good communication and writing skills in both languages.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
