Operations Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in any field. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in food processing, seafood, or operations supervision. Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / ISO preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and flexible with working hours. Hands-on, adaptable, and able to support different areas of operations when required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day processing activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and train team members to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower and workflow.
- Track and report on output, performance, and wastage.
- Work closely with the operations team, supporting warehousing, logistics, and other functions as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across operations.
