Responsibility

  • Campaign Management : Oversee and implement marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Content Creation : Develop and write marketing copy for websites, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing : Manage social media campaigns, monitor website analytics, and potentially assist with pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising.
  • Membership App & Database : Control membership system & secure customer database.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with Merchandising teams, external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance and sales data, generating reports to provide insights and inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management : Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns stay within financial constraints.

Required Skills

  • Creative and Analytical : Ability to think creatively to develop engaging content and analyze data to understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for content creation, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Digital Proficiency : Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM software.
  • Project Management : Skills to coordinate various aspects of campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Business Acumen : Understanding of market behavior, customer needs, and business goals to develop effective strategies.
  • Teamwork and Initiative : Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative to contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Education

  • Degree : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is often a prerequisite.
  • Experience : Proven work experience as a marketing executive, or in a similar role with relevant experience, is crucial.
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for creating marketing materials and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing : Proficiency with social media platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Ads Manager is essential.
  • Creativity & Commercial Awareness : A creative mindset combined with commercial awareness and an understanding of market trends is needed to develop effective strategies.
  • Analytical & Numerical Skills : The ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and interpret statistics is necessary for campaign success.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with marketing software, CRMs, and tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and MS Office is often required.
