Senior Project Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Lead, manage, and oversee project execution from planning to completion.

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.

Review project plans, drawings, technical submissions, and progress reports.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and quality standards.

Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.

Relevant experience based on seniority level (Senior PM / PM / APM).

Mandarin speaking is compulsory to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience in construction / EPC / EPCM projects is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
