Simcorp Dimension Analyst

HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a motivated and talented Simcorp Dimension Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

What you’ll be doing

Solving application incidents
Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP)
Solving Batch job incidents
Provide end‑user support
Authorization management
Constructively escalating to other parties in case of data delivery issues
System monitoring
Ensuring ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology

6+ years of experience working on Simcorp Dimension product

Knowledge and experience in Simcorp Dimension product maintenance

Experience in SQL

Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry preferred

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Autonomy, proactivity, listening and advising are soft skills that we will be vigilant on

Local candidates preferred
