About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst – Onboarding & Distribution to join our dynamic team at TecAlliance. In this role, you will support our customers by transforming and integrating their data into TecDoc standards, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality data processing, and optimal distribution workflows.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-growing automotive data industry, alongside a supportive and experienced team, while developing your expertise in data analytics and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer-specific data processing in line with TecDoc data standards .
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored data solutions in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Implement customer data into the TecDoc Data Standard (DIFM Service) using ETL tools, SQL, Python , and TecDoc Maintenance Tools.
  • Create customer-specific analyses, product reports, and visual data presentations.
  • Continuously optimize processes to enhance data quality and production efficiency.
  • Provide 3rd-level technical support for customer-specific data requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement requirements, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of all processes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis environment .
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, ETL tools , and data transformation processes.

    • Experience in technical consulting and data-driven product implementation .

  • Knowledge of product management within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured, self-motivated work style.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (required for cross-regional collaboration).
