Penerangan pekerjaanBachelors of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5 years leadership experience in CNC machining environment; or 9 years leadership experience in non-CNC machining environment. Strong leadership and management skill Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others. Proficient with PC, controlled systems and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of IATF16949 and Precision Machine parts is an advantage. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Description :
- Production Management & Planning.
- Determine and implement improvement to the production process.
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and control problems.
- Good understanding of CNC Manufacturing Methods & cutting tools, good knowledge of engineering drawing to manufacturing engineering drawing interpretation.
- Good knowledge of GD&T interpretation & self-review capability
- Good inspection methods & gauging concepts selection and usage
