ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a strategic client services professional with digital and performance marketing experience for Enterprise organizations.

The Group Account Director is a client‑facing role for an established digital marketer and natural leader. The Group Account Director role is at the forefront of our business for clients, and ultimately responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the overall client experience – from delivery quality to alignment with client goals and outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role has a well‑rounded digital marketing background, is comfortable with and excels in a fast‑moving agency environment, is a self‑starter who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, is adept at leading multiple clients in a book of business - including enterprise organizations and brings a data‑centric problem‑solving mindset to every engagement.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Managing Director, MY, the Group Account Director will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to :

• Lead the account direction and cross‑team coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class work to clients across a variety of industries
• Be the agency’s front lines and liaison with clients
• Be the go‑to for your client’s business goals, and how our work helps drive successful outcomes for clients
• Lead relationships for the agency with Director, VP, and C‑level client stakeholders
• Lead the cross‑department teams in developing coherent marketing strategies that integrate NP Digital’s service offerings with our client’s business objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business aligned to NP Digital capabilities
• Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact budget and resources
