Penerangan pekerjaanManage the entire recruitment lifecycle for phone agent positions, from sourcing to onboarding Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract a large pool of qualified candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Conduct thorough phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' communication skills, customer service aptitude, and technical proficiency. Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center recruitment. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented CONTACT CENTRE RECRUITER to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our rapid growth by sourcing, screening, and hiring a large volume of qualified phone agents for our clients contact center and BPO operations
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
- Experience recruiting for multilingual contact centers is a plus
- Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media, recruitment job boards and informal networkings
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- Understanding of call center metrics, and the type of skills required for successful phone agents.
