Arrange, manage foreign workers salary including EPF, SOCSO, EA Form.
Handle and manage foreign workers extension, renewal and termination of permit / passport. Ensure all workers' work permit and passport are valid during their employment in Malaysia.
Maintain proper data on all types of transaction, including matter related Fomema, passport, work permit, special pass, etc.
Liaise with FOMEMA.
Arrange for foreign workers transportation.
Ensure all documents are updated and filled and liaise with department manager on the headcount planning for foreign workers.
Maintain and update admin processing data in SQL system on time.
Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.
