Responsibilities

  • Arrange, manage foreign workers salary including EPF, SOCSO, EA Form.
  • Handle and manage foreign workers extension, renewal and termination of permit / passport. Ensure all workers' work permit and passport are valid during their employment in Malaysia.
  • Maintain proper data on all types of transaction, including matter related Fomema, passport, work permit, special pass, etc.
  • Liaise with FOMEMA.
  • Arrange for foreign workers transportation.
  • Ensure all documents are updated and filled and liaise with department manager on the headcount planning for foreign workers.
  • Maintain and update admin processing data in SQL system on time.
  • Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.
