Warehouse Supervisor, Sortation Centre - SPX Express (Melaka)
Location : Melaka, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations — mainly receive, sort and outbound
- Involves scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
- Manage multiple stakeholders — coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
- Ensure operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management, applying problem solving and employee coaching / training skills where needed
- Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of the team
