Job Description
Manage specific business stream for Consumer lending that comprises of micro-financing and BNPL services
P&L responsibility to own and understand the various business drivers to protect and grow product margins and profitability
Drive new product innovations, pricing, promotions, bundling and tactical campaigns to drive revenue via a defined product roadmap
Anticipate, understand and develop market positioning vis‑à‑vis the competitive landscape
Manage internal / external stakeholders’ relationships to successfully promote growth of the various products
Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance product offering and widen market reach
Assist in the product development execution by working closely with stakeholders across the business units to deliver epic product that is desirable, commercially viable and technically feasible.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and / or productor packaging changes.
Manage communication and delivery between design & engineering teams
Job Requirements
6-8 years of product management experience in existing Financial Services and Telco Service experience is an added advantage.
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to derive win‑win propositions.
Good analytics background in understanding customer and merchant data.
Collaborative, creative, entrepreneurial and strong technical intuition
