• IFRS17 Reporting : The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the following IFRS17 tasks :
• To perform and able to explain the key drivers for IFRS17 Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting work within the agreed timeline. -To review and optimize the Budgeting and Forecasting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Strengthen control to prevent process reruns.-To perform IFRS17 financial impact assessment for annual assumption review, expense study and etc.-To ensure IFRS17 Reports are produced with accurate results and to provide day-to day technical and managerial guidance to the Actuarial workstream. -To lead the local implementation of IFRS17 solution enhancements / Day 2 items and actuarial model enhancement, collaborating with group office and local actuarial modelling team.-To support on other projects e.g. actuarial related components for BNM Insurance and Takaful System Redevelopment (ITSR) and etc.-To ensure proper SOP documentation.-To build the capacity and experience of the team through training of junior team members.
• Entry Qualification and Experience :
• ### Relevant work experience in the Life / Takaful industry (minimum of 8 years is expected)
• ### Good progress on actuarial exams
• ### Proficient in using Prophet, Microsoft Excel
• ### Proficient in English
• ### Able to work independently
