The Role

This Recruiter role is a high-impact, results-driven position crucial for TRIIIO growth. This individual will autonomously manage the initial candidate pipeline, focusing on precision sourcing and deep qualification through excellent communication. Their core responsibility is to consistently deliver high-caliber, vetting-ready candidates to our consultants, directly freeing up strategic leadership time for business development and enabling the company to scale. Success is measured by tangible outcomes and direct contribution to ROI locked placements.

Your Responsibilities : Own the Pipeline

Sourcing : Identify and engage the right talents. You will be required to make cold calls and continuously pursue identified talents.

No Client Sales : Focus purely on candidate engagement and qualification.
