Role Overview

Responsibilities

External Communications : Develop compelling campaign assets across multiple channels and formats; create thought leadership content (blog posts, whitepapers, industry articles); write and optimize content for ABX programs; craft messaging for product launches, company announcements, and PR initiatives; support content creation for digital marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials; collaborate with creative and demand generation teams on integrated campaign development.
Internal Communications : Draft executive communications (CEO messages, leadership updates); create employee communications, notifications, and internal announcements; develop integration materials and communications for M&A activities; support change management communications and organizational updates; write and edit internal newsletters, policy communications, and training materials.

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in technology or professional services.

Proven track record writing for both internal and external audiences.

Strong understanding of corporate communications principles and best practices.

Experience creating content for complex B2B buying cycles and stakeholder groups.

Proficiency with AI and generative AI tools for content creation and optimization.

Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Tech‑savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS industry experience.

Experience supporting M&A integration communications.

Background in PE‑backed or high‑growth environments.

Familiarity with account‑based marketing approaches.

Experience with marketing automation and content management systems.
