Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Tech Delivery experience.
Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Skills

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated release processes.

Knowledge of performance analysis and optimization techniques.

Empathetic and transparent leadership style.

Ability to identify and address anti-patterns within teams.
