Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Customer Experience & Sales

    • Deliver an exceptional luxury service experience aligned with Chloé’s standards.

  • Engage and build genuine relationships with clients, offering styling advice and personalized recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Brand Representation

    • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing Chloé’s heritage and identity.

  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor in line with brand guidelines.
  • Store Operations

    • Support daily operations including opening / closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.

  • Assist with inventory processes such as receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Uphold security and loss prevention measures.
  • Product & Market Knowledge

    • Develop deep knowledge of Chloé collections, craftsmanship, and seasonal highlights.

  • Share product stories confidently with clients to enhance the selling ceremony.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and local market insights.
  • Clienteling & CRM

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track client history, preferences, and purchases.
  • Drive repeat business by engaging clients with tailored communication and boutique events.
  • Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
  • Share best practices and support colleagues in achieving store goals.
  • Participate actively in brand training and development initiatives.

    • Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Background in retail fashion with an understanding of luxury fashion concepts, particularly storytelling and cross-selling
  • Proactivity and positive working attitude will be crucial if they do not have relevant experience
  • Experience in engaging high-profile customers and influencing purchase decisions
  • Able to work effectively in a retail environment and collaborate as a team player
  • Positive mindset with strong growth orientation and learning agility.
