Lead and supervise the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Implement and revise HR policies, aligning them with current labor laws and organizational objectives
Execute performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions to support employee growth and organizational objectives."
Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Visit and liaise with government subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
Evaluate manpower provider performance and seek for new opportunities if needed.
Any ad-hoc task when assigned.
Admin
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Organize company events, annual dinner, meetings, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Handle facility-related issues, such as office repairs and maintenance.
Managing the HR and Admin department budget.
Attend and prepare documents for different audits. E.g. ISO 9001
Manage. apply or licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance renewals
Handle canteen management, including vendor coordination, food quality and hygiene.
Any ad-hoc task when assigned.
Requirements :
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of working experience, in manufacturing role and preferably MNC company.
Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff.
Well-versed in labor laws, practices, and foreign-worker related HR issues.
