We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM) SME with IRM, Power BI, and Splunk knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help draft policies and use cases for Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM) platform.
• Create policies with customizable templates on the IRM platform.
• Explore features enabling adaptive protection and data connectors to enhance insights.
• Leverage Purview IRM insights to drive collaboration on investigations across security, human resources, and legal teams.
• Manage insider risk management settings, including detection groups, priority user groups, and policy indicators.
• Build, maintain, and develop policy template requirements for departing users, risky users, and security policy violations.
• Provide insights from Purview IRM for escalated cases.
• Support incident detection, investigation, and response through Splunk dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports for monitoring.
• Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports under Power BI.
• Connect Power BI to Databricks and other data sources for live analytics.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into visual insights.
• Use Databricks notebooks to extract, transform, and clean large datasets; write efficient SQL and PySpark queries for data preparation and analysis.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to support dashboards, KPIs, and ad‑hoc business analysis.
