About the Role
As the Senior HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Beyond operational HR, your role will focus on talent development, succession planning, workforce transformation, and culture building. You will play a key part in influencing leadership decisions, driving change, and ensuring the business remains competitive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management projects.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Shape and implement employee engagement and cultural transformation programs.
- Provide guidance on performance management, rewards, and retention strategies.
- Use HR analytics to support data-driven decisions and measure business outcomes.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification an advantage.Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR with at least 5 years in a HRBP / strategic HR leadership role.Strong track record in influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and cultural initiatives.Commercially minded, with excellent leadership and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
