We are seeking an experienced
Performance Manager
for a media agency with offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, over 100 ppl. As a
Performance Manager
, you'll lead a team of performance strategists in delivering high-performing campaigns across paid media platforms. You'll take full ownership of executional excellence, performance outcomes, and team growth — while also helping shape the way we plan, measure, and optimize across channels.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMP, and other programmatic platforms
- Support the team in solving complex ad operations issues and improving workflow quality
- Translate briefs into full-funnel strategies aligned with business and media goals.
- Monitor key KPIs across performance campaigns and lead optimization with clear direction
- Build and implement A / B testing frameworks to improve performance and ROI
- Collaborate on dashboards and reporting to deliver clear, actionable performance that connect data to impact
- Manage and mentor a growing team of performance media strategists, helping them sharpen both technical and strategic skills
- Drive continuous improvements across SOPs, workflows, and QA processes
- Support new business efforts and cross-team knowledge sharing
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in media and advertising industry.Solid experience in managing Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Line, DV360, TTD platforms.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
