Managing sales performance to meet / exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.
Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance.
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Logistics, E-Commerce, Warehousing Sales related field
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
A progressive and proven track record sales success
Result orientated & ability to work under fast pace working environment
