Purchasing Executive

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Executive to oversee the end-to-end purchasing and procurement process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in forecasting, knowledgeable in QA / QC, and able to build strong supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Verify stock levels upon receiving purchase requisitions.
• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order status.
• Ensure that procured products meet proper QA / QC standards.
• Issue Goods Received Notes (GRN) upon receipt of materials.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their performance.
• Prepare purchasing forecasts and plan inventory based on market demand.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and procurement process improvements.
• Manage ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
