INTAKE NOVEMBER 2025 ONWARDS

A) HUMAN RESOURCE

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and Administration department
  • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases confidentially
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, expenses claim, allowances, etc)
  • Coordinate and planning for HR / Administration projects (events, meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, overtime, allowance entitlement, etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct induction to newly hired employees
  • Administration

B) ADMINISTRATION

  • Process incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
  • Maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Manage company registration with relevant statutory bodies e.g. CIDB, Ministry of Finance and etc.
  • Ensure rules and procedures in place regarding Company policy and procedures.
  • Arrange for travel booking and visa when it is required.
  • To be part of the event planner / coordinator / event emcee when it is necessary.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
  • To be the focal point for flight ticket & accommodation for employee.
  • Employee attendance monitoring including checking leave management, working hours, time off, overtime and etc.
  • Manage and monitor the inventory of office supplies including the ordering process of Personal protection equipment (PPE) for factory and operation department, corporate shirt for every employees, pantry item, stationery item, and etc.

    Contract length : 6 months

    Pay : RM600.00 per month
