Liaise with authority submission and approval e.g. meter transfer, site inspection, infra plan, CCC, handing over and etc
Check design, submission, tender, shop drawing and construction drawing in term of specifications and constructability with reference to design parameter checklist to ensure consistency of parameter / standard in accordance to the group practices.
Technical support to project planning, assist to attend to main contractor and NSC on the design and technical clarification issues (e.g. RFI), review shop drawing and follow up EI during the project implementation stage.
Site matters - Periodic site inspection for design enhancement, attend site meeting, to resolve technical dispute matters.
Coordinate with project planning and manage for tender, construction & as-built drawing, CCC inspection, CPC, handing & taking over documents inclusive of T&C / O&M / meter transfer form / spare parts and contractual matters
Liaise with Group Contract & Procurement on alternative material, V.O clarification, consultant progress claim and limit of work
Compile and update market information and survey.
To Co-ordinate and to provide technical advice to construction team.
Carries out site inspections on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.
To check the MEP activities progress on site and provide necessary advice to the Project Manager, Construction Manager for any delay impact.
Review construction drawings / material specifications / work conformances with provisions as per specification and authority regulations.
Manage the production of completed projects As-build drawings to ensure that all services are well coordinated and is complying with the contract requirements.
At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quantity and time.
Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the Consultant comments in timely manner.
Ensure that any maintenance during the DLP period is taken care of by construction team and closed immediately.
