The group you’ll be a part of : Manufacturing Test Engineering in Lam Research Batu Kawan.

What You’ll Do

• Experience with vacuum, pressure, RF power delivery and gas delivery systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineering and the pilot group for new product development
• Ensure PDR / NSR deliverables are in place including test fixtures, test procedures, test specifications, and control charts
• Conduct validation on all new test software and fixtures
• Have a working knowledge of SAP functions for manufacturing
• Define, design, document, build, calibrate, troubleshoot, and support all manufacturing test fixtures
• Use software skills to create or modify manufacturing’s test scripts
• Improve product quality through test first pass yield and trend data; analyze factory non-conformances and field escalations for root cause and corrective action
• Resolve test issues cross-functionally with suppliers, supplier engineering, pilot manufacturing, and design engineering
• Present test fixture designs, test processes or spec changes at engineering design reviews
• Define and implement metrics to lead test process improvements

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
