Logistics Officer

Plan, schedule and coordinate daily delivery and collection activities.

Arrange transportation (own fleet or third-part) to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Monitor drivers’ schedules, vehicle availability, and transport documentation.

Track and report delivery status, including delays or issues to management

Ensure compliance with safety, company polices and statutory requirements in logistics operations

Maintain proper filing of delivery orders (DO), transport invoices, and related documents.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations

Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP / WMS systems is a plus

Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Team player with high attention to detail
