Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting for clients.
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients on various tax matters.
  • Manage and mentor junior tax staff.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation and changes in regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
