Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Design Management : Coordinate mechanical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Cost Optimization : Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Client Communication : Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Team Development : Support training programs to enhance team members technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• System Design & Analysis : Lead the design and evaluation of mechanical systems for new product development and improvement initiatives.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure mechanical designs and equipment meet industry standards and internal specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers and other departments to meet project goals.
• Process Improvement : Develop and refine internal design standards and workflows to elevate engineering quality.
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
