Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Position

AMK TECHNOLOGY LTD is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to work on advanced AI solutions, including large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and AI‑driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify high‑impact AI use cases.
• Design and implement AI workflows using LLMs and architectures such as RAG, tools‑based agents, or prompt chains.
• Prototype and deliver solutions using tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Develop reusable AI solution patterns (simple LLM applications, RAG pipelines, multi‑agent frameworks).
• Build APIs, middleware, or front‑end applications to integrate AI capabilities into business systems.
• Leverage vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and cloud best practices.
• Develop front‑end applications (React, Next.js, etc.) for AI‑powered user experiences.
• Implement back‑end services (Node.js, Python, FastAPI) for orchestrating AI pipelines and integrations.
• Ensure secure authentication, role‑based access, and seamless UX for AI‑powered tools.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts to guide LLM behavior.
• Implement few‑shot, chain‑of‑thought, and function‑calling techniques.
• Use orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.
• Create modular pipelines for composable AI development.
• Evaluate LLM‑based systems with metrics like accuracy, hallucination rate, and latency.
• Monitor performance in production and iterate based on user feedback or business outcomes.
• Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and use containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Apply DevOps / MLOps practices for CI / CD, observability, and system reliability.
• Document AI workflows, data flows, and integration points.
• Promote reusable components, prompt templates, and architecture patterns.
• Share learnings, standards, and guidelines across the organization.
