Senior Finance & Account Executive

Overview

Responsible for managing the company’s full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements including SST and e-invoicing regulations, providing financial analysis and reports to support management decisions, and maintaining internal controls. This role also involves supervising finance staff and liaising with auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Verify staff reimbursement claim.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agent and provide required documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and monitor internal controls.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor.
